Preferred room and roommate description

Hi, I'm a french engineer about to move to the Bay Area for my work. I'm looking for a place to share with one or two people max so I can get a bit of social networking going on, since I'll be all alone out there in the beginning. I'm preferably looking for young professionals around my age, but I don't mind a younger crowd as long as the place is reasonably tidy. I'm quite outgoing, I like to bond with my flatmates and get social, not really a solitary nerd type. I've been sharing a flat for some time, and it's been a really good experience so that's why I want to do it again. I don't have any allergies, phobies or maniac behaviors, in other words I consider myself quite easy going. The same goes for parties, up-time hours, music, etc. Note that I can cook, and I know a lot of good french food ;) I've attached a couple of pics from my current flat in France, so you get an idea of the kind of place I'm looking for.
