Preferred room and roommate description

Need a room, preferably in downtown Sacramento, near downtown or Roseville close to Galleria. Separated, professional, responsible, super clean, always pay my bills on time, you can cross check references with my current lanlord. I am quiet and easygoing.

I am looking to cut in my expenses and have some extra money to save every month, I have some plans for the near future and would like to save more money and faster. This will be my first experience in sharing a house/apartment, therefore, I am looking for similars. Students or professionals, in their 20's or early 30's, people easy to talk with and friendly. I'd rather to have my own bathroom and definetely need a parking space. I work M - F full time, and like to go out for dinner most of the time. I do not drink or smoke, and when I party, I do not bring the party back to home, if you know what I mean.
